Daily Challenge

Five songs. The same five for everyone, everywhere, until midnight UTC.

5 songs · one second to start · no sign-up

Why a daily version?

A quiz that draws random songs is fun once. A quiz where everyone gets the same five is something you can argue about. Because the set is fixed for the day, a 19/25 actually means something when you send it to the group chat.

The share card is a spoiler-free grid: one row per song showing how many seconds you needed, and nothing about which songs they were. Post it anywhere without ruining it for the next person.

Streaks

Finishing a run on consecutive days grows your streak; skipping a day resets it. Everything is stored in your own browser. No account, nothing uploaded, and clearing your site data clears the streak with it.

Questions

What is the Daily Challenge?

One set of five songs per day, identical for every player in the world. It resets at midnight UTC, so everyone hears the same first second and scores are directly comparable.

How does the streak work?

Finish a game on consecutive days and your streak grows. Miss a day and it resets to one. Your streak is stored in your own browser, so it stays on the device you play on.

Can I play more than once a day?

You can replay the Daily Challenge as often as you like, and the songs stay the same until it resets. If you want new songs immediately, use any of the genre or artist quizzes instead.

How do I share my result?

The score screen builds a spoiler-free grid: one row per song, with a marker showing how many seconds you needed. It gives away nothing about which songs came up, so you can post it anywhere.
